Our videos are Mac and PC compatible and should be viewable on virtually any computer and work on most tablets and smart phones. The issues you are having may be related to an issue with the videos interacting with your browser. Would you mind attempting the steps below to see if this will resolve the issue for you?
1. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player. You can use the link below to access the newest version: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
2. Log completely out of all DigitalMarketer sites
3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies (the link below might help):

5. Login to access the videos again. Please make sure to use the "Next Step" button at the top of your screen to navigate to the next video.
If you are still having trouble, please try using a different browser.
Note: Our videos require adequate internet speed to stream smoothly. If you happen to be having buffering issues, make sure you have as few tabs or windows open as possible.
