Currently there is not a secure automated password reset option for customers to reset their passwords online.
All password resets will need to be completed by a DM customer care adviser.
You can request your password be reset by contacting our support team at email@example.com or by calling at 512-600-4363.
Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address.
Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
